I clicked on following you but only today started reading... no particular reason why , but today I dived into your post about the Still Point: taking a moment, breathing, finding that place within you that can cope with the chaos of our world right now. Your post is beautiful and necessary. I'm going to share it with others who I know are as concerned as I am about the state of our nation and indeed the world. There's nothing I can do to manage the world, so I must manage myself.
