I found some good hope in this, however I also think it’s false that there are people working at the demise of our government and I would not want to dispense of their need to be held accountable. Let the blame lie on those doing wrong. That being said I am thankful to those who figure out the best ways to keep the government for the people. It’s going to be hard to know what to do for them and I hope their inner light and reflection carry us all through this time well. I know there are some I love who are going to be or are in this position now. It can’t be easy for them. Some of the very competent as well, have been disposed of w/o a choice.

We’re demonstrating the early symptoms of a collapse: contempt for expertise, hostility toward governance, the replacement of stewardship with spectacle, and a public too overwhelmed to notice.

Competence begins again when we stop outsourcing responsibility to the incompetent.

When a neighborhood organizes itself instead of waiting for city hall.

When a worker learns the rules better than their boss and uses that knowledge to protect others.

When a teacher refuses to treat students like metrics.

When citizens learn to govern the ground they stand on

I agree that- every act of local competence is an act of national resistance.

And yes, Civilization doesn’t need more disruptors; it needs caretakers.

We, as a society, we forgot to be and stay HUMAN

We let ourselves be fooled by the flashy or sometimes trivial "goalposts " that the opportunists put out there to make us believe that ONLY when we reach them we become worthy.

We need to educate ourselves in becoming more Human and on how to Love and pay more attention to each other.

I do believe that people forgot how good it feels to be loved!

Loved for who they are, loved with their imperfections and with their choices!!

We don't have to hurt each other and impose our believes onto others to become worthy

Do not let others tell you otherwise !

And yes, I believe that collapse is not the end, but the clearing before renewal
